Power Home Remodeling seeks to add a Human Resources Manager to its corporate headquarters. 

The Human Resources Manager reports to the VP of Human Resources and the Human Resources Director and assists with the overall administration, coordination and operation of human resources and the human resources team.  Point person on leave and benefits and provide training of HR staff on these areas and other HR functions. 


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with oversight of the work of the Human Resources staff 

  • Leave and Benefits Administration

  • Assist with oversight and the development and execution of performance management, review and termination process
  • 
Assist with oversight of documentation and record keeping 

  • Participates in developing goals, objectives and systems for the Human Resources Team 

  • Develops team building and training programs for the team 

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management 

 Required Education and Experience

  • 6-8 Years in Human Resources 

  • Prior experience as an HR Manager
  • Prior experience in Leave and Benefits Administration
  • 
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Human Resources Certification preferred 

  • Limited periodic travel required
