ROLE DESCRIPTION

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Executive Assistant to Chief Sales Officer

Power seeks a well rounded, self motivated individual to work as the executive assistant to our Chief Sales Officer. The desired candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work on Keynote presentations and Numbers spreadsheets organizing and analyzing data
  • Assist with marketing functions such as social media and sales manuals
  • Meeting preparation – developing agendas, presentations and taking meeting minutes
  • Follow up with Regional Vice Presidents to ensure completion of previously agreed action items
  • Preparing confidential correspondence
  • Organize and manage calendar
  • Close collaboration with the Executive Team
  • Conducting research in support of CSO’s projects and strategic planning
  • Coordinate content for weekly conference calls
  • Coordinating travel arrangements – transportation and accommodations
  • Managing household tasks and personal projects

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Apple and PC software
  • Proactive, motivated, and driven
  • Professional, ethical team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, with a passion for learning.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills - We use Apple Mac Computers
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to task switch in a fast paced environment and anticipate last minute changes
  • Attention to detail is mandatory
  • Resourceful Team player who is also effective independently
  • Proactive approaches to problem-solving and strong decision-making capability
  • Flexibility with last minute changes

*Location: Chester, PA (Alongside the Chester Waterfront, at the base of the Commodore Barry Bridge, next to the Philadelphia Union Soccer Stadium).
