Power Home Remodeling seeks to add a Benefits and Leave Coordinator to its Human Resources Department located in their corporate headquarters.

Position Summary

Under general supervision of the Sr. Benefits and Wellness Specialist and HR Director, the Benefits and Leave Coordinator is responsible for understanding and applying Human Resources policies and procedures in the daily administrative support of benefits, Cobra, wellness program, workers compensation, accommodations, leave and general HR operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Core Competencies:

Must be extremely organized, eager to learn, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to keep confidential information, and have customer service oriented approach. Must be able to work well in a team environment but also independently and be self-motivated. Must have strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required and at least one year of Human Resources or related work experience preferred.
