ROLE DESCRIPTION

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Personal & Executive Assistant to CEO

Power seeks a well rounded, self motivated individual to work as the personal and executive assistant to the co-CEO. The desired candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Managing the CEOs email which includes: reading, organizing and drafting responses  
  • Maintaining his calendar and scheduling important meetings, appointments
  • Take minutes at meetings with or without CEO’s attendance 
  • Coordinating travel plans such at flights, cars and hotels
  • Running personal errands 
  • Managing household tasks and personal projects 
  • Assist Director of Events with projects such as continued research and other miscellaneous tasks in a moderate manner depending on CEO’s needs

  • Aptitude to work under pressure 
  • Trustworthy and uphold confidentiality such as finances, banking and personal information  
  • Understand all tasks; “no task is too small, too big” mentality 
  • Interest in events space 
  • Good sense of interior design 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Reliable, personal car 
  • Flexible schedule 
  • Local to the Greater Philadelphia area
