Personal & Executive Assistant to CEO
Power seeks a well rounded, self motivated individual to work as the personal and executive assistant to the co-CEO. The desired candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the CEOs email which includes: reading, organizing and drafting responses
- Maintaining his calendar and scheduling important meetings, appointments
- Take minutes at meetings with or without CEO’s attendance
- Coordinating travel plans such at flights, cars and hotels
- Running personal errands
- Managing household tasks and personal projects
- Assist Director of Events with projects such as continued research and other miscellaneous tasks in a moderate manner depending on CEO’s needs

- Interest in events space
- Good sense of interior design
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Reliable, personal car
- Flexible schedule
- Local to the Greater Philadelphia area
