Staff Photographer
We’re a full-service creative agency within a rapidly growing organization in the greater Philadelphia area seeking a highly motivated visual craft-master to join us as a Staff Photographer. Job Responsibilities:
As Staff Photographer, you will be responsible for assisting the Photography division of our agency. This includes a heavy focus on event and culture photography that involves lifestyle and home photography. You will also play a role in capturing why and how our business works. You will have cross functional involvement with our social media content and brand campaigns, which will require excellent editing skills and techniques.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Capable of working a minimum of 21 hours per week
- Photoshoot and event photography assistance
- Organizational work flow of archives
- Editing
- Creative planning and brainstorms
- Social Media content creation

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Great team player
- Outgoing people person
- Strong ability and desire to learn and create
- Intricate knowledge of Adobe Lightroom
- color balancing, tagging, tone and curve, HSL sliders
- Rudimentary knowledge of Photoshop
- layer masks, clone stamp, spot healing, dodge/burn, Pen/Lasso Tools
- Strong skills and knowledge in digital photography
- Understanding of DSLR cameras
- Rudimentary knowledge of Studio photography
- Rudimentary knowledge with camera flash/ off camera flash
