ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for am Executive Assistant to our CFO.

Duties range from administrative to project based, and include arranging meetings, handling information requests, distributing reports and preparing correspondence, liaising with the Leadership Team, and managing the CFO’s workflow and schedule. This position is privy to confidential information and as such, requires a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, detail oriented, and self-motivated. As manager of the CFO’s calendar and workflow, this person will be the first point of contact and must be a flexible, skilled multitasker with a high energy level and willing to work extra hours as needed. 

  • Manage CFO’s workflow and schedule 
  • Manage calendar 
  • Arrange and prepare for meetings as required 
  • General administrative tasks 
  • Maintain and manage records and files 
  • Take minutes of weekly departmental meetings 
  • Formalize and maintain corporate minutes 
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality of sensitive matters 
  • Anticipate needs of CFO and effectively

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Proficient with Mac Operating System and Microsoft Office or similar software 
  • Experience working with confidential information 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Superior independent work habits
