Executive Assistant to Co-Founder
Power seeks a well rounded, self motivated individual to work as the executive assistant to the Co-Founder. The desired candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The executive assistant will have superior Excel skills and will have a keen sense of financials. In addition, the candidate should have knowledge and interest in facility management. As the executive assistant to the Co-Founder, this position requires high energy and the will to work extra hours as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with email organization
- Maintaining Co-Founder’s calendar and scheduling important meetings and appointments
- Organizing and managing records and files
- Stand-in at meetings and calls and take relevant minutes at meetings and execute action items therein after
- Managing projects related to Power’s facilities
Characteristics of the ideal candidate:
- Interest in facilities and financial management
- Extremely organized
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to help with all tasks whenever needed
- Ability to take control of situations
- Aptitude to work under pressure
- Adhere to strict confidentiality of sensitive matters
- Understand all tasks; “no task is too small, too big” mentality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Reliable, personal car
- Flexible schedule
- Local to the Greater Philadelphia area
