ROLE DESCRIPTION

Location: Towson, MD

The Marketing Office Manager is responsible for the coordination of office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational efficiency in their marketing office. Adept control over administrative tasks, including assistance with the recruitment and hiring process, orientation/benefits training for new employees and HR responsibilities. Tasks and skills also must include creating plans and schedules, facilitating logistics, tracking results, and overseeing fleet maintenance.  

Must possess the ability to switch tasks with ease. Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work well in a team environment, be self-motivated, and able to work with little direct supervision. Must have strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills. The OM should demonstrate fervent communication skills and uphold a comfortable and professional atmosphere in the front office area. The Marketing OM must be comfortable speaking and presenting in front of large and small groups of employees.
